The Practice Manager can receive email requests via manager@kookora.net.au

Our email is provided specifically to receive requests from patients unable to use the phone system due to a disability.  It is not provided to patients to make requests for appointments or scripts.  

Please phone the surgery for these services. The email is also NOT for any urgent requests as is only periodically checked throughout the day.
